At the 23rd we operate as one unit during missions. Operations are for the entire brigade and objectives are split amongst subordinate units to accomplish the overall operation succesfully

Lore Based PvE Campaigns
Campaigns at the 23rd are entirely lore based. Every official operation is be a continuation of the story and each operation can have effects that reach well out into the future of the campaign. Will you lose? Will you win? That's something that get's decided in the fight. Members of the 23rd do not have plot armor to ensure their success.
Life Limits
Lives matter at the 23rd. We have built in life limits that can end your night early, and even cause your character in the milsim to "die" and start over as a PV2 rifleman allowing others to shuffle through potentially stagnated ranks or roles.
